Since the introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 Northburn Associates has fulfilled the role of CDM Co-Ordinator and performed the key duties of:

· Advising Clients of their duties under the Regulations

· Notifying details of a project to the local HSE

· Co-ordinating health and safety aspects of design work

· Ensuring appropriate communication between members of the team on health and safety issues

· Compiling pre-construction health and safety information

· Preparing the Health and Safety File
